The event includes bouncy castles, craft, sport fun, climbing wall, displays and a whole lot more! And even better it all free!

Play Day is the annual celebration of children's right to play - a national campaign which is now in its 20th year. Thousands of children and their families around the country get out and play at events organised by local play campaigners.

This year the event is taking place on Wednesday 29th July and there are lots of activities planned to celebrate play day as part of Beacon Family Festival. The theme is 'Make Time' and will reinforce the importance of play and highlight the need to make time for play in our communities.

We will have lots of fun and we being helped in this event by Hafod, Linc-Cymru and West & Welsh Housing and various Play Schemes run by Cardiff County Council.
