Afternoon Activities

for all Ages

NOTE: MOST ACTIVIES WILL NOT RUN ON THE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON DUE TO NATIONAL PLAY DAY EVENT WE ARE ORGANISING IN MEADOWLANE PRIMARY SCHOOL
Time: 2:30-4:30pm (with some activities starting at 2pm)
Where: In and around the Beacon Centre
Cost: ALL ACTIVITIES FREE OF CHARGE!!!

 

We haven't finalised the activies for 2009 but below are some of the things that we plan for this year.

Craft

For all the family - children and parents working together on various craft projects

Skate Ramps

Everything you need for a great time skating or skateboarding (all user at there own risk - organised by Cardiff County Council Leisure Centres some equipment provided)

Light Bites Cafe

Each afternoon our Cafe will be open for anyone to enjoy a cup of coffee and a chance to be pampered and listen to live music.

There is also a creche for children under 4 in the Light Bites Cafe with fun activities for the younger kids.

From July you can come to the Beacon Centre for up to date information and a chance to book up for events in advance. Some activities will have limited spaces so best to book early to avoid disappointment!
